Flatten THAT Curve – Now what?
Thank you for stepping up to be a hero, your efforts are literally going to save lives!
- Make sure you have taken a before photo (for your own records)
- Measure / weigh yourself (now) for you to track your progress. (This is also to help you measure your weekly goals)
- Start your eating plan/exercise regime as soon as possible
- Sundays are check ins- at 5pm C.O.N.E.C.K.T will contact you to send through your evidence
- The charity you are supporting should be in contact with you to motivate you through this
- Should you manage to reach your weekly goal, your supporters will be asked to pay up.
- The charity you are supporting will receive their money and you can continue on until you have reached your ultimate goal.
- And when you feel like quitting, remember why you started!!
